- Your action needed now to keep Los Lagos construction trucks off Walden Woods
Way.
Los Lagos unit #3 is planned with 44 sites on 89 acres. As initially planned, all
truck traffic associated with the construction of this development is barred from using
Twin Rocks Road. This leaves Walden Woods Way and the original Los Lagos as access to the
new development We understand that as of April 15th, the County has added Walden Woods Way
to Twin Rocks as off-limits to construction trucks, however to insure this happens, the
association needs you to contact the County and let them know that you are concerned about
safety on Walden Woods Way and do not want trucks using this route.

along Boulder Road. It is of concern to you as it will contribute increased traffic on
both Boulder/Twin Rocks and on Walden Woods Way. The HOA is urgently concerned about
possible construction truck traffic using Walden Woods Way for access to the site.
