The developer and Board representatives of Walden Woods, Hidden
Valley, Turner Christian, Vogel Valley and Lake View Hills Homeowner's Associations
continue to meet with the developer to discuss the potential impact of traffic on Boulder,
Twin Oaks and Walden Woods Way. The developer has requested the County Planning Commission
to delay its vote on the matter until August 26th. These Associations have hired an
attorney to evaluate the project from a legal perspective and provide advice. Attorney
fees are $5,000. Our Board has contributed $500 with the other associations contributing
the rest. Our contribution is capped at $500. So far things are looking good with the
discussions pointing all traffic back through Los Lagos. On August 1 at 7pm there is a
meeting at the Lakeview Hills clubhouse to discuss the outcome of meetings to date.
