New Board Member
Jim Billings, who has served as a Board member for several years, moved out of Walden Woods. Jim served as secretary and provided valuable input and many volunteer hours.

At the last Board meeting, Rey Enos volunteered to take Jim’s place. Rey brings experience in construction and contracts to the Board. Welcome aboard Rey!

Granite Bay Woods, aka the WW Entrance Area
Construction plans for the development of the entrance area with six new homes are in the process of being finalized. FLMWC is reviewing these plans as it relates to our water system. The current plans call for Granite Bay Woods to obtain water directly from PCWA and not FLMWC, but the construction will have an impact on our piping. More information will be provided in the future as planning goes forward.

A Reminder - Landscape Watering!!
Please check your outdoor watering controllers and ensure that they are set to OFF/RAIN if it has rained recently, or if it is going to rain in a couple of days. The water you have helps to reduce future rate increases.
