The following are condensed highlights of the WWHOA BOD meeting minutes. Complete, approved minutes are available by contacting the association Secretary.

All board members and two homeowners were present.

April minutes were read and approved as revised.

The Treasurer’s report was read and approved.

The Architectural, Common Area and Neighborhood Watch Committees gave reports.

All “Old Business” action items have been handled

New Business: We were given material to read prior to the next meeting.

Executive Session followed.
