Board of Directors Meeting
March 9, 2004 – RECAP – Revised

The following are condensed highlights of the WWHOA BOD meeting minutes. Complete, approved minutes are available by contacting the association Secretary.

All board members were present and no other homeowners were in attendance.

During “Open Discussion” it was suggested a recap of monthly BOD minutes be posted to our web site – after having been read and approved.

One homeowner has been sent a Final Notice for non-payment of annual dues and two others were sent a late fee statement.

The Fiscal Year Ending 12-31-03 Report was approved as corrected.

An Easter Egg Hunt is scheduled for April 3, 2004. It will be organized by Ms. Heather Davis-Pedrami.

The Neighborhood Watch Committee Chair was asked to follow-up on “cluster” meetings with the Sheriff’s Department.

The final draft of a letter to one homeowner regarding the condition of property was approved for mailing.

Next meeting will be April 13, 2004
